(Inspector: Daniel Reynolds "Found on U.S. M1861 Cutlasses Dated 1862) - "1862" on Blade ~ Top of Brass Pommel Marked "D.R." ~ Brass Guard Marked "25M" over "301" as Shown in Photos Provided Below - Leather Covered Grip in excellent Condition, complete with tight Original Twisted Brass Wire Wrapping ~ Measuring Approximately 32 inches long, with 26 inch long Fullered Blade ~ This Authentic Ames U.S. Navy Cutlass shows some wear commensurate with use & age, with some light staining on Blade, yet remains in Very-Nice, Solid Condition overall ~  mx-0351 ~ ITEM # wea-112 ~ (POR) ~ Additional Photos Provided Below ~

    AUTHENTIC, ANTIQUE - MODEL 1906 - U.S. CAVALRY - 'AMES' SABER with METAL SCABBARD ~ Saber Marked: "A.S.Co." - "Flaming Bomb" - "1906"  on right side of ricasso; and "U.S." - "J.H.C."
