EXTREMELY SCARCE, COMPLETE ORIGINAL SET OF ANTIQUE, INDO PERSIAN, GOLD-INLAID, CHAR-AINA BODY ARMOUR with matching GOLD-INLAID GAUNTLETS. This set is likely to have made for a Prince, King, or someone of High Standing. This set includes all 4 Armour Plates: front, back, and sides. All pieces are entirely decorated with Floral Gold Koftgari in vine like patterns. The four plates with reinforced borders retain all of their hinged buckles and box attachment rings, with the back plate interestingly having some chainmail attachments.
